Environment & Planning
The TOBIN Environment & Planning division provide solutions, from experienced professionals, to our clients, which enable them to move forward with development in accordance with best environmental and engineering practice placing the principle of sustainability to the fore.

Quantity Surveying
Our industry-renowned experience, in quantity surveying, cost management, risk management and procurement strategies specifically, has been rewarded with continued ‘repeat business’ across the Irish and UK markets.

Roads and Transportation
TOBIN offer a full range of engineering solutions for both urban and rural infrastructure projects across a number of areas including Road Safety Audits, Junction Design and Vehicle Swept Path Analysis, Planning Advice and Oral Hearing support and Greenway and Public Realm Design.
