Our experienced project team has expertise in undertaking biodiversity/ecological assessments on a range of small to large scale developments. Our Ecologists are proficient in all aspects of Planning and Legislative requirements particularly in an Irish and EU context. All TOBIN EIARs are carried out in accordance with current legislation and guidelines including best practice guidance, National advice and the guidance documents of the European Commission. Ecological surveys completed by our Project Team are conducted in accordance with all relevant EU and Irish legislation.
TOBIN have a large in-house ecology team and have worked on large scale and complex projects nationwide with specific ecological surveys including but not limited to habitat surveying and mapping, invasive species surveys, bat roost assessments, terrestrial mammal surveys, ornithological surveys and specialist freshwater aquatic surveys.
