Ecological Clerk of Works provides advice about ecological and environmental issues (e.g. protected flora and fauna species, habitat management, water quality monitoring, surface water management, noise monitoring, dust monitoring) during the construction of a development. It is a fundamental role on site where ecological receptors are affected by a development. The Ecological Clerk of Works will monitor the site works and ensure compliance with environmental legislation and any planning conditions.
Our Environment and Planning Team has provided this service on a number of environmentally sensitive projects. We also have experience of working with our clients to include Ecological Enhancement Measures as the construction stage progresses.
