We have significant experience and involvement in policy, regulation and standards development, at a national level, and can advise our clients in all stages of a project’s lifecycle from project management, development design, assessment and planning and construction through to operation. Our team of engineers, planners and scientists has extensive project management, Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and planning experience, with the successful delivery of a range of projects requiring planning and EIAR expertise, particularly in the past 10 years.
Our multidisciplinary team has significant experience of managing, preparing and submitting projects to local planning authorities and also as Strategic Infrastructure Development (SID) applications to An Bord Pleanála. We offer a “One-Stop-Shop” pre-planning service that includes project management from project inception, through baseline feasibility assessment, stakeholder consultation and impact assessment to submission. Our experience also includes managing Oral Hearings on behalf of developers and presenting our team of specialists as Expert Witnesses for each project, as required.
