Alan is an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor working in TOBIN’s Building & Infrastructure Division. With over 9 years’ experience in the construction industry, he has worked in the Residential, Commercial, Education and bio-pharmaceutical sectors in both Ireland and the UK.

Alan continuously works to achieve value for the Client, from concept to detailed design stage, to selecting the most suitable contractor at tender stage, throughout construction and on to final account stage.
Alan’s experience working for both the Client and Contractor allows him a keen insight into the administration and management of construction projects, with an extensive knowledge of payment procedures, value engineering and dealing with any changes or claims that may arise throughout the lifespan of a project.

Qualifications:

BSc in Quantity Surveying, Limerick IT, 2009

Currently undergoing the APC for inclusion as a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
