Lucas works in TOBIN’s Civil |Design Build |Water |Division and is based in our Limerick Office. Having previously worked as a Cartographer and Design Technician in water and gas supply companies in France, he brings with him a wealth of experience in GIS, data management and knowledge of water distribution networks.

He graduated from UPPA in Bayonne, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Strategies and Maintenance, specialising in Industrial Ecology.

Away from the office, Lucas enjoys watching football and films and discovering new places with his partner.
