Denise Meade is a Technical Director within TOBIN’s Environment & Planning division and has worked extensively in the area of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for both public and private sector developments. Her experience lies in the project management and co-ordination of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports, having worked across a range of sectors including roads, extractive industry, wastewater, water & energy. Chartered with CIWEM and a Chartered Environmentalist, Denise also has significant experience in the areas of Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Appropriate Assessment, environmental auditing and stakeholder and public engagement.
