Noel Gibbons, Associate Director and Design Build Lead in TOBIN’s Civil I Design Build I Water (CDBW) Division, joined our business in 2019 having previously spent 15 years working with two of the main contractors in the Water & Wastewater Industry in Ireland. He has extensive experience in the design and project management of water services projects and programmes.

Noel has a keen interest in all things GAA and has also recently taken up cycling and adventure racing both to keep fit and to raise funds for various charities.
