Orla is a Technical Director within TOBIN’s Environment & Planning division and has worked extensively in the area of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), with experience in environmental co-ordination, appraisal, assessment and technical review. Her experience lies in the project management and coordination of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports for major infrastructure projects having worked across a range of sectors including transport, energy, power, waste and water. Chartered with the Institution of Environmental Sciences, Orla also has significant experience in delivering EIA developments through stakeholder and public engagement, statutory procedures, procurement and construction.
