Paul joined TOBIN in 1992 and holds the position of Technical Director / Head of Water Services in TOBIN’s Civil I Design Build I Water (CDBW) Division. He has particular experience in the planning, detailed design and project management of civil engineering projects in the water sector, in both potable water and wastewater treatment. He has also delivered several infrastructure projects for civil works contractors on Design Build projects.

Away from work, Paul is a huge hurling fan, and is actively involved with his local club in both development planning and team management.
