Rosie joined TOBIN’s Roads & Transportation division in 2023 as a Senior Engineer in our Sligo Office. She holds an honours degree in Civil Engineering from ATU Sligo. She has 20 years of experience in the public sector, primarily in Roads construction. She has extensive multidisciplinary experience, working across a wide range of projects and areas, with experience in planning, project coordination, management, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

In her spare time, Rosie enjoys the outdoors and her interests include sea swimming, hiking and travelling.
