Shane Kelly is the Operations Director of TOBIN’s Civil I Design Build I Water (CDBW) Division. In his role, Shane has overall responsibility for the Division’s activity across a number of key sectors in both Ireland and the UK. He holds a M.A. in International Relations (Political Economics, Government & Current Affairs) from the Dublin City University, a B.Sc. in Construction Economics & Management from Limerick Institute of Technology and a number of qualifications in Leadership and Marketing.

Outside of work, Shane is a keen sports enthusiast and also likes to keep up to date with current affairs and politics.
