Tomás has over 15 years’ experience working in the industry in the Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Food and Aviation Sectors in Ireland, the UK and the Middle East. He is a Senior Quantity Surveyor in TOBIN’s Building & Infrastructure division where he takes the lead role in commercial management of clients projects from concept, to detail design, tender, construction through to final account. Tomás advises clients of alternatives and potential value engineering opportunities at the concept stage and advises budgets at the details design and Tender stages.

Qualifications:

BSc in Contraction Economics & Management from Limerick IT

Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
